The Royal Calamus Company of Africa is proud to partner with the legendary African music group, Dantala and Group, to showcase the benefits of industrial hemp in resolving conflicts over land and resources, while also promoting climate action.

M’panjere meets Ndengdeng

Inspired by the traditional music genre of Ndengdeng, we are leveraging our pioneering hemp lifestyle brand, M’panjere, to promote industrial hemp as a sustainable solution to conflict resolution and climate mitigation.

Ndengdeng music is named after a hand-made local instrument that is designed from a grass that is going extinct due to shifting weather patterns and desertification mostly caused by overgrazing and tribal wars between herders who feed their livestock from it, and the native farmers who are the owners of the land.

We believe industrial hemp offers a game-changing alternative for soil conservation, livestock feed, and nutritious food for the community.

Moreover, industrial hemp is a powerful tool for climate action, with its ability to sequester carbon, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and promote sustainable land use practices.

By adopting industrial hemp, we can:

– Resolve conflicts over land and resources

– Promote sustainable agriculture and soil conservation

– Support climate action and reduce carbon emissions

– Empower local communities and promote economic growth

Our collaboration with Dantala and Group aims to educate, amplify the message, raise awareness, and inspire action about the benefits of industrial hemp for peace, sustainability, and climate action.

In partnership with Dantala and group’s management,Pambah promotions and content creator,Hashtag TV,a full on peace and climate action documentary, music, events and a tour are on the way.
